About M Kim O’Connor & Associates
M Kim O’Connor & Associates is a family-focused group psychotherapy practice serving clients across southern Westchester County and the Greenwich, CT corridor. We are a self-pay, out-of-network practice with a strong reputation for thoughtful, evidence-informed care. We value collaborative care and regularly coordinate with our clients’ physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and other treatment providers to support integrated, whole-person treatment. Our clinicians work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across a range of presenting concerns, with particular depth in anxiety,ADHD, autism spectrum, family systems, identity development, and life-stage transitions.

● Hybrid schedule: combination of in-person sessions at our Rye, NY office and telehealth
● Competitive fee-split compensation, commensurate with licensure level, experience, and treatment specialty
● Flexibility in scheduling, with a clear path to full-time as the caseload grows
● Full-time clinicians are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
Compensation
Compensation is structured as a percentage-based fee split of collected session fees. The fee split percentage varies based on licensure level and experience, ranging from 50% to 60% of collected fees. Anticipated earnings at a full caseload will be discussed during the hiring process. This disclosure is made in compliance with the NewYork State Pay Transparency Law (Labor Law Section 194-B).
