Young Adult Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
This weekly, online group, led by Joanna Nappi, LMSW, is for young adults (under 30) who struggle with intense emotions that affect relationships and the ability to live life fully.
These sessions are based on the key elements of DBT including Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Groups offer the opportunity to practice skills in a safe, structured environment with other people. A specific set of skills is covered each week.
