- Learning to Breathe (L2B) Groups for youth in the middle school and high school
- Koru Mindfulness Workshops for high school and college-age youth
- Professional development workshops for parents, teachers, and support staff; support and supervision for teachers bringing mindfulness curriculum into their classrooms

Anthony Palombi, LMHC-LP attended the IRL Discussion Panel on November 20th at the Rye Arts Center. IRL is focused on rallying our community to take childhood offline and into real life, and this Panel focused on a “behind the screens” perspective on what’s going on right here in our community.

Kim O’Connor, LCSW & Anthony Palombi, LMHC-LP attended the Annual RYC Rainbow Run in early November. This feel-good community event is a “color run” where kids in grades K-6 are doused with a rainbow of holi-powder as they make their way around a .9-mile course.

“Margaret Yeh did an outstanding job educating and raising awareness on children’s anxiety in today’s world, post pandemic, at a recent lunch and learn with over 50 people attending, She not only covered key areas of common concern for parents but also provided useful tips and guidance on how to prevent and handle anxiety – including resources. She was able to relate to parents of many different cultural backgrounds with kids of all ages. I highly recommend her services to those seeking support in this area.”
