    Have you given birth within the last 6 months? Do you find yourself grappling with a whirlwind of emotions, questions, and uncertainties? You’re not alone! 

    We understand that the journey of new parenthood can be overwhelming, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

    What We Offer:

    Our support group provides a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions.

    Our group is led by a trained facilitator who is experienced in postpartum support. She is here to listen, guide, and offer helpful insights.

    Connect with others who are facing similar challenges. Share your experiences, joys, and concerns with a compassionate community.

    Gain access to valuable information and resources about postpartum care, mental health, and self-care techniques.

    Learn effective coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and the ups and downs of early parenthood.
