I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, relationships, and identity — with a particular focus on neurodivergent clients (ADHD, Autism, late-diagnosed women), LGBTQIA+ clients, and those managing chronic illness. My approach draws on DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and creative, body-based work, including neuroaffirming ADHD/Autism evaluations and DBT skills training.
Licensed in NY & CT, practicing in NY, CT, ME & VT, and conversational in Spanish and basic Haitian Creole.
About me
I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole, authentic self–without having to mask, perform, or fit into someone else's expectations. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, relationships, identity, and the many challenges that come with figuring out who you are and where you fit in the world.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be yourself, feel safe and supported, and have a voice in the process. It's a privilege to be invited into someone's life, and I don't take that trust lightly.
My approach
My style is warm, collaborative, eclectic, and a little outside the box. I see my clients as the experts in their own lives, and I bring my clinical experience, curiosity, and a toolbox of different approaches to help you find what works for you. I draw from DBT, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, movement, creativity, and play, incorporating bottom-up approaches that help you work with your body rather than against it. For clients who want it, spirituality can also be part of the work.
Who I work with
I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD and Autism, LGBTQIA+ clients, late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women, and people navigating chronic illness. I also provide neuroaffirming ADHD and Autism assessments and DBT skills training.
Outside the therapy room
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me traveling, creating something, practicing yoga, making art, spending time with friends and family, hanging out with animals, or continuing my very unofficial education as an apprentice llama farmer.
