I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, school challenges, relationships, and life transitions. I primarily use CBT, while incorporating strategies from DBT and ACT to help clients build practical skills, work through difficult experiences, and move toward the life they want.

About me
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that you have someone in your corner. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you're dealing with something painful, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected throughout the process.
I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, as well as individuals navigating the challenges that can come with early adulthood. Whether you or your child is struggling with anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma, school, friendships, or a difficult life transition, I want to help you better understand what you're experiencing and develop the skills and confidence to move forward.
Every person who walks through my door brings their own experiences, strengths, personality, and goals. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I take the time to understand each client and work collaboratively to develop a treatment approach that fits their individual needs.
My approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and helps us make meaningful changes in the here and now.
I also incorporate strategies from other evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), when they can be helpful. My goal is to give you or your child practical tools and skills that can be used both inside and outside of the therapy room.
I also believe that therapy should move at a pace that feels right for you. I understand that trusting someone with painful or sensitive experiences takes time, and I see building that trust as an important part of our work together.
Who I work with
I specialize in working with school-aged children, adolescents, and young adults, and I also work with families and adults. I have specialized training and experience supporting clients navigating:
- Anxiety
- OCD
- Trauma
- Grief and loss
- School and academic challenges
- Social and relationship concerns
- Life transitions
- Personal growth and early adulthood
I also have experience working with parents who are concerned about their child's emotional well-being, school experience, friendships, or overall adjustment. When working with children and adolescents, I partner with both the young person and their family to create support that meets their needs.
